I'm always afraid to use eye liner, but I guess it won't be that bad with this trick for the tip of the eye. I definitely have to look for that one you use. Awesome, Thanks.

I'd love to see a show about make up primers (how they work and which ones are best) and foundation (the different types, how to find the right color, how to apply).

+haert2run Yeah, you need to heat it up each time you want to turn your regular liner into a gel liner. If you don't want to heat it up again, it will just work like normal. 🙂

I noticed the oil brand you use is doTerra….I love that stuff. And I used to do that eyeliner trick in high school. I grew up in a single parent home, so cheap was the word when it came to nonessential, like make up. But now that I know it makes a gel liner, I may go back to my old ways ;)

Another beauty hack I have LOVED is to mix a little bit of that peppermint essential oil with some coconut oil and rub it on your scalp for a natural hair growth treatment! The tingling stimulates the scalp and increases circulation which in turn grows your hair faster. Plus the coconut oil is super moisturizing.

For gel type eyeliner: When I was a teen (in the 60's) a hack we did was run the pencil tip under hot water to soften it! You can achieve the same results, and there's no flame or danger of burning your skin.

Just be careful applying peppermint oil on your lips. Can be overly drying & cause irritation/burning if your lips are chapped. $
