    A few years ago, my husband and I booked suites for our families as kind of a family reunion vacation, for a visit to Disneyland….When we got to our Hotel location, the hotel told us that they were not expecting us until the next month. I had confirmation of our stay for the day we arrived. I called GetAwayToday and the agent confirmed the day of our arrival was correct. The Hotel told us that they didn't have our rooms, because they booked them for a conference that was happening the same week of our vacation. GetAwayToday called the hotel, told them we had confirmation and that it was paid for 3 months in advance. Still no apology from the Hotel. But the agent got us a full refund from the hotel, put us up for free in a brand new hotel (so new the bedding wasn't all there) and hired a personal chauffeur for our crew. They also had the hotel that double booked us host us for breakfast every morning. I will never book that hotel again, but I have booked many vacation packages from GetAwayToday and will continue to do so, since I know I can count on them to come through for me when these types of issues arise. GetAwayToday.com agents are awesome, and I can't thank them enough!
