Instead of putting candy inside easter eggs, what about taking the money you would have spent on candy and dividing it up into quarters and putting that inside each egg instead?? Then your kids can hunt for Easter Eggs with money! Then you’ll also have the opportunity to teach your kids about money, help them count it, help them learn to put some of it in savings, etc. SUCH a great way to help them learn and get excited about learning about money!

I get the cute neon color buckets from the dollar store and then use cricut vinyl names and decorate them. Non candy ideas Flip flops, Chapstick or lipgloss, crayola 3-d sidewalk chalk sunblock, swim suit, DVDs and we usually get them a Build-a-bear.

I love to do Easter egg hunts a little backwards:)
My son will have his basket filled with eggs that are numbered 1-10. And it's pretty much like a scavenger hunt for his prizes either throughout the house and in the front/backyard. He loves it and has so much fun. He loves getting books and coloring supplies in his basket :)
