ðHere are the tips from the video!! Since this is a YouTube Shorts video, itâs only 30 seconds. So I know itâs jammed in there!ð You might need to watch It a few Times.
1: ð¥Do a VERSA Spray Tan NOT a Mystic Spray Tan at your local tanning salon.
2: Bring loose black clothing so you donât sweat & streak
3: Make sure your hair net isnât on your forehead. Forehead tan lines =ð ð¼ââï¸
4: Coat and I mean COAT your hands, wrists, feet & heels with blending lotion. (ð¥DO NOT rub it in!)
5: Stand ON slippers NOT in them or youâll get funky lines
6: Follow Tanning Voice Guide for Even Sprayð
7: After spraying, wipe off all blending lotion with paper towel.
ð¥BIG TIPð¥
8: Then use baby wipes to scrub hands and feet where you might typically get streaks! These will stop that from happening!ð±
9: Wait at least 2 hours before you shower (I only wait 2 hours!) Wait 4-6 to get even darker ð¥ðð»DO NOT SLEEP IN SPRAY TAN BEFORE YOU SHOWER! YOUâLL STREAK WHILE YOU SLEEP!!

10: Use Dove Original Bar Soap to deodorize and neutralize that tanning smell!ð±ð¤¯ Seriously, no spray tan smell!
11: Wait at least 48 Hours before wearing white. (See? No orange bleeding!ðð»)

Yes, I learned new tips but it was WAY too fast. Took a lot of effort to ff/rw and pause, just to read each tip. But it really was useful info. Thought Iâd offer constructive feedback especially since you openly stated you were new to shorts.
It is hard to read tips and tricks for me sometimes to.. instead of rewinding and ffw I just pause it tap the screen to pause and tap again to continue the video..
One of the videos I watched was from an owner and they said NOT to use Dove!? Now Iâm confused! 1st time spray tan for me. ð®
They say don't use soaps like Dove or Olay before you tan because they contain lots of oils and ingredients that will block your skin from fully absorbing the DHA, and you'll likely end up with streaks and patches. After you have tanned you can and absolutely should use products that moisturize the skin to maintain your tan longer 🙂
Youre right, i spray tanned every summer since 2016, and i wish the salon still had Versa Spa. Mystic is more orangey no matter what colors you add in. Versa was a nice cocoa brown and had double dark. I now see i was skimping on the blending lotion. I decided to try the tanning beds for a while and switched my membership over after goi g to the beach and ending up 15 different colors after one day in the ocean for just a few minutes. Fake tan doesnt like salt water, or sand or something … im pretty dark after a month of it and its nice to have dark tan that doesnt rub off for a while.
Dove will take the tan off tho.. I think thatâs what happens to me atleastv
