I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking how we afford to travel so much.

Well, #1, it’s what I like to spend my extra money on😉 So I’m always saving up for the next vacation!

And #2, we definitely would not be able to afford our vacations if we still were in debt.
.
👉🏻BTW, I know some of you are thinking that all of our trips are sponsored. They aren’t. It’s actually pretty rare for us to have sponsored trips because I prefer to have full control over my vacations without brands telling me what I can and cannot do or say. All of my most-popular Travel Tips YouTube videos with millions of views are NOT sponsored. So yes, we do pay for most of the trips you see us go on and share! .
🌟We got out of debt in 2011 because I KNEW there was no way to live the life we wanted if we had debt, then created new debts to take care of the old ones….it’s a vicious cycle, hard to get out and you pay thousands & thousands of dollars in interest!

🌤But it CAN be done!🙌🏻

🌟The only way to get out is to:
👉🏻Create a debt elimination plan (we did a “Snowball” plan)

5- Went to Tamarindo for the day…where they have perfect beginner, shallow waves to learn how to surf, with numerous locals offering lessons that will go into the water with you. Ate some great local food, had some amazing crepes at a place called Friends Cafe Crepes & Waffles and saw stunning sunsets where everyone on the beach just stops what they are doing and watches it.
.
6- And of course, you’ve gotta see the SLOTHS!😍 It was my #1 thing to do on this trip and we saw a Baby Sloth up close! And of course, lots of monkeys everywhere! (Video on my last post of those)
.

🐒Disappeared for a week to go to Costa Rica for the first time! We didn’t plan the trip, since it was a trip Brady earned for President’s Club from his company @ranliferealestate. But we had a great time and now have a bunch of tips for anyone who wants to go to Costa Rica one day! So I thought I’d share them below👇🏻

🌟COSTA RICA TIPS POST #1:
.
1- We flew into the Liberia Airport (on the West Side of Costa Rica). There is another Airport, San Jose, (on the East Side), that is another option. Depending on where you live, prices and flight times will be drastically different. So price check BOTH airports when planning your trip!
.
2- On a future trip, I would plan 2-3 days up in Arenal and stay at one of the Hot Springs Hotels up there. Travel from either Liberia or San Jose takes HOURS…so you can’t really stay there and do the cool Arenal Volcano, waterfall & wildlife hikes up in Arenal without traveling 2-3 hours each way on an excursion!
.
3- We stayed at the Secrets Papagayo Resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It is a really nice adults-only hotel! BUT it was far away for a lot of excursions we wanted to do. So again, I’d research the excursions you want to do FIRST before booking hotels so you’re only traveling 30-45 minutes to do an excursion vs 2-3 hours each way.
.
4- We did do some fun excursions through a company called Royal Service Tours. 2 locals run it and they were great because we were able to customize our excursions and do things some of the bigger tour companies did not offer or even mention! Plus, it was CHEAPER than the same exact tours other companies were offering!🙌🏻 So you know I loved that too! 🌟They have 5-star reviews on Trip Advisor if you want to look them up for your trip: @royalservicetourscosta

If 1 + 1 is NOT equaling 2, that is a huge sign that something in your body is not working right!
.
And I WISH someone would have told me this years ago.
.
After having kids (gaining 65 pounds with Devyn and 40 with Rockwell!🤯) nothing worked to lose the weight, to build muscle or get in shape.
.
It didn’t matter how hard I worked out, how perfect I ate, how low my calories were….what worked for everyone else didn’t work for me. And I couldn’t figure it out!
.
So I ate less like every “fitness professional” was spouting, worked out harder, tried every fad diet out there and was literally KILLING MYSELF because I knew 1 + 1 should equal 2. But for some reason, my body wasn’t doing what it was supposed to do.
.
Finally, a nutritionist said to me “I’ve never had a client eat so perfectly and have such horrible results. Something in your body isn’t working right. You need to get your blood work done and hormones tested.”
.
Until then, I hadn’t even thought that there could be something broken inside my body on a chemical or cellular level! I thought there was just something wrong with “me” & that I just had to “work harder”.
.
I found out my body stopped making testosterone after my Hysterectomy (my blood test literally didn’t register Testosterone in my body at all!😳) I had metabolic resistance syndrome (insulin resistance), food sensitivities that were doing all sorts of things to my body…Plus having endometriosis and no longer having a gallbladder made things even harder for my body to function normally.
.
Now every time the “math” doesn’t make sense, I know there is something off or something not working right in my body that needs to be figured out!
.
God created our bodies to work a certain way. So if 1 +1 is not equaling 2 for you regarding fitness or your health or how you feel or how your body is supposed to function, it SHOULD.
.
It’s crazy to me that at age 40, I’m now in the best shape of my life! And I FEEL the best I’ve ever felt!
.
I could have spared myself a lot of pain, depression and frustration if I could have learned this sooner. So I’m hoping that sharing this can help some of you!❤️
.

If 1 + 1 is NOT equaling 2, that is a huge sign that something in your body is not working right!

And I WISH someone would have told me this years ago.
.
After having kids (gaining 65 pounds with Devyn and 40 with Rockwell!🤯) nothing worked to lose the weight, to build muscle or get in shape.
.
It didn’t matter how hard I worked out, how perfect I ate, how low my calories were….what worked for everyone else didn’t work for me. And I couldn’t figure it out!
.
So I ate less like every “fitness professional” was spouting, worked out harder, tried every fad diet out there and was literally KILLING MYSELF because I knew 1 + 1 should equal 2. But for some reason, my body wasn’t doing what it was supposed to do.
.
Finally, a nutritionist said to me “I’ve never had a client eat so perfectly and have such horrible results. Something in your body isn’t working right. You need to get your blood work done and hormones tested.”
.
Until then, I hadn’t even thought that there could be something broken inside my body on a chemical or cellular level! I thought there was just something wrong with “me” & that I just had to “work harder”.
.
I found out my body stopped making testosterone after my Hysterectomy (my blood test literally didn’t register Testosterone in my body at all!😳) I had metabolic resistance syndrome (insulin resistance), food sensitivities that were doing all sorts of things to my body…Plus having endometriosis and no longer having a gallbladder made things even harder for my body to function normally.
.
Now every time the “math” doesn’t make sense, I know there is something off or something not working right in my body that needs to be figured out!
.
God created our bodies to work a certain way. So if 1 +1 is not equaling 2 for you regarding fitness or your health or how you feel or how your body is supposed to function, it SHOULD.
.
It’s crazy to me that at age 40, I’m now in the best shape of my life! And I FEEL the best I’ve ever felt!
.
I could have spared myself a lot of pain, depression and frustration if I could have learned this sooner. So I’m hoping that sharing this can help some of you!❤️
