We did the disney cruise to mexico last year and an ovation of the seas to Alaska this year. Though we enjoyed the both I thought that Disney had better hospitality, shows, dining set up (you changed dining area every night) and security for kids area. The RC ship has a lot of fun features and wonderful crew but disney definitely takes it a step further

Thanks for the great tips. Our first cruise with Royal is in December. Canât wait to try this line. Have always done Carnival before now. Our cruise goes to St Kitts, St Thomas, and their island. Do you know where I can see a copy of the cruise compass for my cruise before we get on to help plan dining times and show times so I am not overlapping things I want to do?
When you are online and able to book things… it will give you a digital calendar so your shows and dining don't overlap… but the other activities aren't on there. You'll have to wait until you are on the ship to see what else they have (basically anything that does n't need a reserved time)

We are going on this ship next summer and I'm nervous about the num6of people. Did you feel like the ship was large enough to accommodate the number of passengers, or did you feel like you were constantly bumping into people?
We thought the ship was huge! We had 5500 people on the ship. And we never saw the same people twice! Definitely didn't feel ike it was crowded.
Did you pre pay the gratuities? Or paid everyone with cash in hand?
