Time for more Costco Shopping Tips! This time, I’m sharing 23 healthy food items you should buy at Costco if you want to save money! I’m sharing my personal healthy food favorites while I share my Costco Haul with y’all. These are the things I ALWAYS buy at Costco!
Since I’ve gotten pretty into healthy living and working out over the past 6 months, I’ve been able to save money on healthy foods by buying these 23 healthy items at Costco. Hope my Costco tips helps you guys know the things you should and shouldn’t buy at Costco- IF you want to save money! Healthy food shopping shouldn’t be so expensive. 🙂

The closest Costco is over an hour away from me. Is it worth the membership/drive cost and time?
My membership just renewed… and I always have to suck in my breath when I see that charge. I think it's different for each family. Do a little math and see if the savings are bigger than what you pay for the membership.
Iâm in the same boat – Costco isnât that far but itâs just me and my son. Product would go bad before I even had a chance to use it so while I love watching these videos for ideas I canât justify the membership cost. I actually had a free membership thru a previous employer and I used it for gas but again all the food took up so much space and took forever to thru!
I think I counted like 9 healthy products. This video should be re-named to 23 cheap products instead of healthy..
Sarah R. She said in the video several times that not everyone will consider all these options to be healthy. Everyone can decide to make their own choices. Melea did an awesome job at showing different options that are available.

Maple syrup is cheaper @Costco. It's $11.99 and at my grocery it's anywhere from $16.99-$19.99

Bai antioxidant drinks are cheaper at Costco.
What about their organic grass fed beef?? Chicken??
Meat prices vary a bit, depending on where you live. I think their chicken is great! And sometimes I am willing to pay more for meat at Costco because the quality is better than what I typically find at the grocery store!

I love buying the minced garlic at Costco!! A huge bottle for under $5 and it saves time!
We like Dukeâs smoked sausages as a go-to snack. No nitrates, msg or liquid smoke. Plus I recognize all the ingredients.
I literally purchased those when I did the video and have been eating them the last couple of days! I didn't mention them in the video because I hadn't tried them yet. YUMMY!

Peanut butter
Flour
Chia seeds
Almonds
Oatmeal
Not to mention… dog food, laundry soap, fabric softener, toilet paper, paper towels and Lysol wipes…oh and definitely GAS!!! ð
Frozen organic broccoli, olive oil. Grain free dog food and bully sticks treat chews for the doggies.
