How to Use Coupons at Walgreens!
How to use Register Rewards, coupons and in-store coupons on purchases at Walgreens. I also how what works best for me when putting different items into separate transactions.

Sooo confusing to me. I'm a couponer and this was confusing. lol. maybe I just need to jump in and and try it. I'm better at figuring out the money when I'm there looking at it all VS listening to someone else try and explain it.
+Megan Sandoval Totally agree! And CVS is a tricky store to begin with. If you find it too hard, try a different store first that is easier to use with coupons. 🙂
Great work! I learned alot. Did not realize you could use 2 coupons for one item. I was wondering how you got a stockpile. I only seem to find one coupon but you stated they give you coupons back so you can use again. Is that correct.
Your very first item, floss, if you pay $2.00 and you get a $2.00 that you use on something else,….you still paid $2.00 for the floss. It isn't free.

Question: I bought 2 L'Oreal products today at Walgreens. They were buy one get one 50% off, so the first item was the original $12.99 and the second item was $4.49 (originally $8.99). I used my Balance card which I had a $2 off L'Oreal coupon on that I had clipped from my phone. The register used that coupon twice. Additionally, there was a $2 off L'Oreal coupon the the May savings book, which I brought to the register and asked to use. The cashier refused and said I had already used it. Aren't the coupons on the Walgreens app manufacterer coupons and the ones on the booklet Walgreens coupons? This was my first time attempting to coupon at Walgreens and I was quite disappointed, I thought the coupon in the booklet would work. Can someone please explain why the cashier refused this coupon?

I always wonder how people would get free stuff at Walgreens.. I always think their prices are more expensive… I am one to look around for deals an try to save as much as I can. I'll stick a coupons with my purchase, but anything more then that seems to confuse me & idk whyyy.. I just can't get the concept of it. grr. Lol.

So when you say don't use them in the same transaction are you doing 3 different transactions at the same day?

So basically for rr you have to spend money to get money right
so if your using 5 coupons u have to have 5 items?
