Sounds like something is wrong with it. Or you might need to take out the filter and clean it? It can get filled with dead skin! Yuck!
I think you might need to replace those filters, they sell them for $15 dollars at ulta. At least thats what i think might be wrong with mines

Yes, it's supposed to! But it will take about 8-12 weeks of regular use. My skintone has definitely changed since using it!

How close under the eye can you get?
Kristi Mott I would try not to get right underneath your eye because the skin is so fragile there you have to be really careful to make sure that you donât stretch the skin or create bags. You know??

How often do you use yours? Any suggestions for how to incorporate this with the use of Retin-A?
Once a week. Sometimes I forget though and it's once every 2 weeks. I need to be better about doing it consistently for even better results! Not sure about Retin-A…your skin is probably just uber sensitive. So I would use the lower discs for sure!
