The Melea Show yes any video you do I love and YES to hardware. It looks like something is missing. I was going to forgo them myself when I redid my kitchen on a budget, but then I got nickel straight pull handles and it TOTALLY completes the look. I'm so glad I got them. They were at Lowes in a combo pack…so much cheaper then buying individually. Great quality too. Def hardware. Looks beautiful though…love the lighting!
The Melea Show I would love to see a video on furniture & decor. Also, was you able to sale your "old" countertops? They were beautiful. I'm hoping you could sell them. Everyone has a different taste & I can tell your taste is very modern/conventional. So beautiful & clean looking.

I think sleek metal cabinet pulls would look cute! And I vote yes to the video. ð I love home improvement & decorating!!
Yes, add hardware – will add dimension and contrast. Kitchen is beautiful but hardware will bring them out. Your style is more modern so go with more modern lines with knobs. The stained cabinets with the stained floor need a break in the tones. Still have the rest to watch but wanted to put my two cents in!

I'm not a big fan of the cabinets….I don't like woods with strong knotting. I think a sleek knob might make the cabinets look a little more modern.
We got our hard wood floors at Floor and Decor too. We spent 25 cents a square ft.

Yeah, we took it off because it didn't match our new style. Debating whether to put on a square modeling or not.
Where is the best type of store/dealer to find the non-name brand countertops.
IN Utah there are a lot of countertop suppliers and distributors. When you are going to check out colors and countertops, just ask them if they work with name brands for their quartz. And get multiple bids!
I also just found out that Floor & Decor DOES have countertops. So check them out too!

How did you find the non name brand counter top?
I think we got it from a place called Cosmos here in Utah….. But lots of distributors will carry quartz that isn't necessarily a name-brand quartz like Caesarstone. So just get multiple bids!
So, Melea, you talked about getting the same countertop but not the name brand.. Maybe I'm having a duh-moment, but how did you accomplish that? I know you mentioned getting multiple bids, is that how you did it? I'd love some clarification there cause we're on our second remodel in two years and are going to order countertops soon. Last time we went through Home Depot before because they were the cheapest, but would love to know if there's a better option. =)
Well lots of different places might have the same exact color of quartz or whatever it is that you want….. Some places might carry brand names of the quartz- like Caesarstone……while other places don't. It's going to be cheaper to go with distributors and places that don't carry brand names of the countertops you want.
