THE PRICE IS RIGHT: Grocery Shopping Prices Game! Can You Win?? + Grocery Gift Card Giveaway!
I know you guys are familiar with The Price is Right–so I decided to do a fun Price is Right Grocery Shopping Prices Game with you guys today! I picked a bunch of popular grocery store items that most families purchase on a regular basis to feature and give you guys price points on to help you save more money at the grocery store.
So PLAY ALONG and try to guess what the stock-up prices are for each item. Then share how you did below in the comment section. One of you will win a $50 Grocery Gift Card just for playing along and participating–no matter how bad or amazing you did on the actual grocery shopping game! But these grocery shopping tips should help you either way the next time you are at the grocery store.

I only missed the soup one because I was thinking around $1 or $1.25 per can.
I grocery shop just about every week, look at the adds and usually go to either Kroger or Meijer. I cut the coupons out of the Sunday paper and also coupons.com. I also go on bargainstobounty.com to help match up sale prices with coupons at my local stores.
I totally failed on the soup the rest was what I've been buy at so I used that to guess.
I got most of them right. I never buy fruit snacks so I had no idea on that one.
Got everything but the produce right! But I do most of my grocery shopping at Aldi, where it is much more affordable than your average grocery store.
I was pretty much in the ballpark of the prices!!! Fun game!

Hey! Thanks for sharing this with us! I got about half of them right. ð We live in Alaska. Typically, a lot of things tend to be a bit higher priced here. We enjoy visiting friends and family in Idaho/Utah…and things seem a lot cheaper there. ðð

I did pretty good, I have a price book based on what you have told us. I got a case of Kirkland paper towels when I joined Costco. So my paper towels were ZERO! Still working on the case.
I got about 1/2 of them right and the other half within a dime. You should have heard me over here lol I would get one wrong and be like angry ohhh and my family just looks at me like I'm crazy because they have no idea what's going on because I have my headphones in lol.

I mean I wasn't too far off. I love shopping for good deals. But my prices I think are a bit different here than where you are. But most things are similar. Cheese is always expensive. Hard to find a good deal on it. And soup, we never buy unless it is 50 cents. That deal usually happens a few times a year. So we stock up when we get that deal.
I used to be really into couponing, but the last couple years the coupons haven't been the greatest in my area sadly. And I just don't have the overall time to do it anymore. So that's how I know a lot of my prices of groceries.
Yes, I used to be a HUGE couponer too. But extreme couponing really messed it up for all of us. 🙁 And I would say you got the paper towels and the soup right!
