BEST At-Home Workout Routine for Busy Moms!
Are you a Busy Mom? Or just looking for a way to workout from home? Today’s video features the BEST At-Home Workout Routine for Busy Moms! It’s called the Deck of Cards Workout Routine and it’s inspired by Carrie Underwood! You won’t have to pay ââââ CLICK SHOW MORE ââââ for a gym membership, you won’t need expensive exercise equipment and you can completely adjust your workout from beginner to advanced. To top it off, even women post partum can work out with this routine.
ðADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES:
â¥Hearts: Pick one Cardiovascular Move. Examples would be Jumping Jacks, Boxing 10 Seconds Per Number on Card, Jumping Rope…
â Spades: Pick one LowerBody Move. Examples would be Lunges, Squats, Calf Raises…
â£Clubs: Pick one UpperBody Move. Examples would be Pushups, Chair Dips, Bicep Curls….
â¦Diamonds: Pick one Core Move. Examples would be Crunches, Planks, Modified Knee to Elbow Planks….
ðJokers: This is your trump card! So do Burpees as fast as you can for 1 minute. Or run on a treadmill for 1 mile. Something that is hard for you but you can get through it!
Pick up each card and the number on it will tell you how many reps to do. The suit will tell you which exercise to do. Jacks, Queens & Kings are all worth 10 reps. Aces are worth 11.
Like I said in the video, this workout routine can seriously kick your trash. So if you are new to working out, or haven’t worked out in awhile, you will want to split the deck in half or even in 4ths. Put one Joker in each pile so you always have a trump card.

So I think I still have questions about this. It's an awesome idea for sure, and I'll definitely give it a try, but I'm not sure I understood it all. With the abs you had an Ace of diamonds, so was that just 1 minute of abs? or 14 reps? And what would you do with planks? 14 1 minute planks? Or…anyway. This is a really genius idea, though! I'm always looking for low impact cardio so my downstairs neighbor doesn't hate me every time I do a jumping-jack (I'm on the 3rd floor of an apt building). Any suggestions?

Change the rules and reps to fit your situation. I make Aces 11 reps. For planks, hold 10 seconds for each number. So if you pulled a 6, hold for 60 seconds. But if that's too long for you, split it in half.
