It also helps to what goes on. Sale at Costco. For instance kitchen aids always go on sale at Costco. Plus I prefer to buy many items at Costco because they have a good return policy. If something breaks 6 months later they will deal with it where as Kohl's or Amazon won't

You guys also have to remember that some of the best deals you will find on item is if they are marked to .97 or .00. That's when we mark down the items to get rid of them ( I work at Costco :))
