To those of you who got confused by her saying "backslash" when she talked about URLs: she's actually referring to the standard slash, so "/".
Backslash "" is never used in URLs, it's an operation system thing (i.e. Windows).

A Netflix employee customer service, I forget why I had to call them. But they said the NetFlixDVD has sooooo many more choices than streaming. I'm watching The Pretender series from (1996 or 1997). I just finished a DVD, and mailed it back. I like CBS all access streaming (it's $5.99). I'm binge watching JAG. (I was in high school when all these shows premiered). Thank you for where to watch it.
