Salmon Recipe:
– Preheat at 450 Degrees
– Place Zaycon Foods Salmon Planks skin side down on Cookie Sheets. Make sure you place Aluminum Foil down first!
– Put small slices of REAL butter down the spine of the salmon.
– Season with Salt & Pepper.
– Cook for 30-40 Minutes, depending on your oven.

My husband is not a seafood lover, but I would love to try that Salmon, looks delish… But he had tried "Jalea" Peruvian seafood dish, loved it. I wonder if you guys have tried Peruvian food before.
