I've heard some stores are starting to have a price match checkout stand so you don't have to feel awkward with all the people behind you staring you down while you price match items!

I just don't coupon much. I do print some coupons when I have something specific that I need, but I don't want to spend the time and energy clipping coupons. Price matching is a bit easier.

Thanks for sharing your tips. I price match as much as I can plus coupons. I am not an expert coupon user since I don't get the newspaper but I print what ones I can from online and there's a few that come in the mail once a week, too. Like you said, it's best to pair a sale with a coupon to save the most money! Thanks.

I always dig for price matching policies when I am preparing to make a big purchase. My Walmart grocery trips also are price matched against the week's flyers from local grocery stores.

Now price matching is even easier because a lot of retailers are matching online prices. I just recently found you can price match a Target.com price at an actual brick-and-mortar Target store! How awesome is that?!
