I'm more excited thank my kids lol
Bubble wands in the backyard! There's a certain brand of wand called "Fubbles Bubbles Monster Wand" that is around $10 on Amazon that makes the biggest bubbles. You can go the extra mile and look up unique bubble ideas on Pinterest like glow in the dark or food coloring or glitter ones 🙂

Have an art fair. You can find small canvas for pretty cheap online. Have your kids paint as many as they want and whatever they want. Afterwards you now have art work for you house or for gifts(Mother's Day, Christmas, grandparents day, or grandparents birthday)
This year we went on a hike. It was simple and fun to get out of the house. We also took a picnic on the hike.
Go to the library. Our local library always has fun activities for school aged kids during spring break.
