How's the sargassum
They have a big tractor that sucks it up every day. So depending on when you go, there is nothing. But obviously, this side of Cancun does have that regularly.
Are the specialty restaurants included in the all inclusive part or do they cost extra? Is the kids club part of the all inclusive part and the water park?

How does it compare to Beaches Turks and Caicos all inclusive resort?
Hmmm.. We havent been to Beaches for 6 years. But I would say there are pros and cons to both. This resort is brand new vs Beaches which is older. Beaches might be more expensive overall. But the water at Turks & Caicos is amazing!

Thanks for the detailed video, looks like the club diamond is great. How about the rest of the resort? Is it true there is a lot of construction? We are booked for last week of February and need to decide whether to stay or change resorts.

We were literally there the first few days and they have completed so much more since we left! There is a Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun FB group I would join if you havent. Lots of people are giving daily updates about what exactly is done and not finished. So you will get the most information there. But like I said in the video, they should be done with everything mid to end of February. Hope that helps!

We were in building 14 on the 5th floor. They do have swimout rooms on the ground floor as well.

Hi! You need to BOOK by April 22, 2023 but can have travel dates up until Dec!
Would you say that the Dimond Club is worth the extra cost?
I think it depends on if the things Diamond Club offers is something you WANT or will use? Everyone is so different. If you pause the video where it lists the perks of Diamond Club, you can see what you get like upgraded Alcohol, private pool area, private beach area, guaranteed dinner reservations, etc.
I have a reservation for March 1 and now I am afraid I have seen many negative comments because the hotel is not yet suitable to receive guests that a lot is closed and under construction and it is not at all a cheap hotel to pay for a part of what What do they offer? I don't know whether to cancel my reservation or risk it

Thats a great question. My kids loved the Hard Rock Riviera Maya! This resort is newer and more updated than the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. But they have Woodward. This resort will have more waterslides by far. So I guess it depends on what you are looking for?

Oh, youâve got time. We are early spring break with younger kids, so we are losing our minds. The smell and safety for you get kids is my main concern

No, this is not a hotel that has that bright turquoise water. In the video at 3:59 you can get a glimpse of it. And this entire side of Cancun has water like this. If you want Turquoise water, you have to go up to Cancun Row on the part of Mexico that looks like a seven. There are pros and cons to both places geographically.
